Before testing sewage treatment equipment in daily life, there are some things that need to be carefully checked to prevent errors during operation. It is better to be cautious. Here are some things to check before testing the daily sewage treatment equipment:
1. Check the tightening condition of the nuts on the bolts of the daily sewage treatment equipment, the machine base, and the connecting bolts of the fan base;
2. Check the smoothness of the bearings of the daily sewage treatment equipment and the tightening condition of the bearing bolts;
3. Check if the axial sealing packing of the sewage treatment equipment is tightly compressed and if the pipeline leading to the water seal ring in the shaft seal is properly connected;
4. Prepare all necessary tools and materials for maintenance. When there is a shortage of water or when there is a capacity constraint on the water bearing parts, negotiate a conditioning plan with relevant departments to obtain a common understanding, in order to ensure normal and continuous trial operation. When the first trial operation of the mine water pump is carried out, special attention should be paid to preventing floating objects in the water tank from being sucked into the pump and damaging the impeller;
5. Check the pressure gauges of the sewage treatment equipment, and ensure that the safety protection equipment and electrical control equipment are active, accurate, and reliable.
